If you're ready, we'll sit down together and get to know you.
We'll talk about where you are today, what's been challenging, and what you'd like your recovery to look like. Together, we'll create a personalised recovery plan that connects you with the right support, workshops and opportunities. As you progress, we'll regularly review your plan so it continues to reflect your goals.
